CCTV

 

At SOHOFRAMES we have a 24 hour CCTV surveillance system. These cameras monitor inside our workshop and Silver place. This is for crime prevention and security only. The footage is held for up to 5 weeks and is only accessible by authorised personnel. Footage is stored on a secure hard drive located in a locked cabinet. Under no circumstance will the footage be disclosed, except upon official request by law enforcement with the intention to detect/prevent crime or under a subject access request.

To make a subject access request please contact admin@sohoframes.com. This is chargeable at £10.00.

To prevent unauthorised disclosure or access to your information, we have implemented strong physical and electronic security safeguards.

We also follow stringent procedures to ensure we work with all personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
